The TreyCodes service uses a simple ticket system. When you need the TreyCodes service, you simply create a new ticket. Your ticket will be evaluated and you will be given an estimate prior to any work being performed. You are in complete control, we only resolve a ticket after you have approved the estimate.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Once a ticket has been resolved, you will be asked to verify that the ticket has been competed to your satisfaction. If so, the ticket is closed and invoiced. Otherwise, we will continue to work on the issue until it is resolved to your satisfaction.
